Accessibility

Effective July 1, 2026

NWX global services is committed to making our website, platforms, and deliverables accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

Our Commitment

NWX global services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, platforms, and deliverables.

Accessibility Standards

Our website and client deliverables are designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We test with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and color contrast analyzers to ensure compliance across our components and layouts.

What We've Built

All our components use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and proper heading hierarchies. Forms have visible labels and error states. Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA thresholds. Interactive elements are keyboard-accessible with visible focus indicators. We avoid relying on color alone to convey information.

Known Limitations

Some third-party integrations and legacy client codebases may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We work with clients to remediate accessibility issues in delivered code as part of our continuous support engagements.

Third-Party Content

Our website may link to or embed content from third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content we do not control. Where possible, we choose third-party tools that prioritize accessibility.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in a deliverable we built for you, please report it to accessibility@nwxglobalservices.com. We will investigate and remediate the issue within five business days.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as part of every sprint and every new component we ship. Our engineering team receives ongoing training on inclusive design patterns and assistive technology testing methodologies.
